Born on US-92,
built for the community

Cafe Monterrey started with a simple idea: what if a place could be equally welcoming at 7 AM and 9 PM? Not a café that closes and transforms, but a space that grows with you through the day.

We opened our doors in Auburndale because this town deserved a place that doesn't ask you to choose. Bring your laptop in the morning. Bring a book. Bring friends for drinks after work. The table is yours either way.

Our coffee is sourced from small roasters who care about how the beans are grown. Our cocktails are made with fresh ingredients and a little bit of mischief. And our doors are always open to anyone who walks through them.
